1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of summitlabsresearch.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by Summit Labs Research LLC, doing business as "Summit Labs" ("Summit Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Research Use Only

Every product sold on this Site is intended solely for laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals. Products are not for human or animal consumption, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as dosing, administration, or reconstitution instructions for use in or on a living organism.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or research institution; that you are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory research purposes; and that you are responsible for the proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product you receive, and for complying with all laws and institutional policies that apply to you. At checkout you will be asked to affirmatively confirm this attestation before your order can be completed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect a violation of the research-use restriction in Section 2, suspected fraud, or an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. To keep your card details isolated from our own servers, the final payment step of checkout is completed on a dedicated, Stripe-secured payment page operated by our payment processing partner. Summit Labs never sees or stores your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for more on how payment and order information is handled.

6. Shipping

Orders are packaged and shipped from our operations in New Jersey. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. See our Refund & Shipping Policy for more detail.

7. Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@summitlabsresearch.co if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

8. Certificates of Analysis

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) published on the Site reflect the specific batch or lot tested and are provided for research reference only. They do not constitute a guarantee regarding any unit outside the tested batch, and they are not a substitute for your own laboratory verification.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or any product purchased through it for any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research; to misrepresent your identity or eligibility; to resell products as anything other than research material; or to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as expressly stated in a Certificate of Analysis for the specific batch purchased. The statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Labs Research LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
