Refund & Shipping Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are laboratory research materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than those described in Section 2 below. This policy exists to protect the integrity and purity of every product we ship — once a product has left our facility, we cannot verify the conditions it was stored or handled under if it's returned to us, so we're not able to resell or re-certify it.

2. Exceptions

We will provide a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion, if:

• Your order arrives visibly damaged in transit;
• Your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier and never delivered; or
• You received the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part.

To request a review under this section, contact us at support@summitlabsresearch.co within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date, for a lost order) with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review each report individually.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@summitlabsresearch.co or 609-832-3042 (text only). We can only cancel and refund an order if it has not yet been packaged for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to Sections 1 and 2 above.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Shipping

Orders are packaged and shipped from our operations in New Jersey. We currently ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Summit Labs.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
