A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the lab result tied to one specific production batch — purity percentage, method used, and the date it was run. Here's how Summit Labs handles testing, and where each compound stands.

Four numbers that actually matter.
Batch / Lot ID
Ties the certificate to the exact production run — printed on the vial label too, so you can match what's in your hand to the paperwork.
Purity %
The area under the main peak in the HPLC trace, expressed as a percentage. Ours has to clear 99% or the batch doesn't get listed.
Method
How the sample was analyzed — Vanguard runs RP-HPLC for purity, a gravimetric check for net content, and mass spectrometry to confirm molecular identity.
Test Date
When the batch was run. Certificates reflect the batch tested, not the day you happen to open the PDF.
