1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Summit Labs Research LLC, doing business as "Summit Labs" ("Summit Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit summitlabsresearch.co (the "Site") or place an order with us.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

Order information: name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, collected at checkout.
Account information: if you create an account, your email address and any profile information you provide.
Communications: anything you send us via email or text when you contact support.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as the contents of your shopping cart, which is stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) so your cart persists between visits.

We do not collect or store your full payment card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — see Section 4 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and order-status communication.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
To maintain your account, if you create one.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. To keep your card details isolated from our own systems, the final card-entry step of checkout is completed on a dedicated, Stripe-secured payment page operated by our payment processing partner, rather than on summitlabsresearch.co directly. Information you enter there — including your card details — is transmitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy. Summit Labs receives your order total, shipping address, name, and email in connection with a completed payment, but never your full card number.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember the contents of your shopping cart between visits. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers until you check out. We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary to run the Site and fulfill orders:

With Stripe, to process payment.
With shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
With service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting provider), under obligations to protect your information.
When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Summit Labs or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. Data Retention

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, and comply with our legal and tax obligations.

8. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@summitlabsresearch.co. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under 21, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
