How do I get a Certificate of Analysis for my order?
Every tested compound's certificate is available in the COA Library. If you can't find what you're looking for, email us and we'll send it directly.
I need to change or cancel an order I just placed.
Orders are charged immediately at checkout through Stripe. If you need to change or cancel one, text or email us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before it ships.
Where do you ship from, and how is it packaged?
Every order is packaged and shipped from our New Jersey operations, in plain, discreet packaging with tracking included.
My payment didn't go through. What should I do?
