Bacteriostatic Water
A sterile, multiple-dose reconstitution solution used to dissolve lyophilized peptide powder before use in the lab. What this is for.
Bacteriostatic water is used to reconstitute lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide vials before further laboratory use. The added benzyl alcohol acts as a preservative, letting a single 10mL vial be drawn from repeatedly without the sterility risk of a single-use ampule.
